At Flip Music Group, our mission is to redefine what it means to be an independent record label by empowering artists to become creators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. We believe the future of music belongs to artists who understand both the art and the business behind their careers.

Through innovation, education, and strategic partnerships, we are building a new standard for independent music, giving artists greater ownership, transparency, and control over their careers, revenue, and creative direction.

We develop artists who are hands-on in every part of their careers: songwriting, production, and creative direction through publishing, marketing, branding, distribution, and business management. The goal is a sustainable, independent career with creative freedom fully intact.

Our vision is a world where independent artists have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to compete at the highest level while keeping complete ownership of their creativity, their business, and their legacy.

Beyond recording, QuisyG is the President of Flip Music Group, leading with vision while continuing to sharpen his artistry. A theatre performer, pianist, and award-winning singer, he brings musical depth and stage presence that set him apart. His background in performance and instrumentation adds texture to his sound, making every release intentional and well-crafted.

Oscar "Ofoesho" Roberts CEO · Owner · Founder · Executive Producer

Born in Richmond, Virginia and raised in a religious, musically driven family. Writing poetry and rap by an early age, he moved from artist to master facilitator, manager, and A&R, building a career around representing talent and protecting it. Today he runs Flip Music Group with his artist, partner, and cousin QuisyG, while leading international work through his family legacy and the Roberts Liberian Liberties Foundation.

Byron Hill Label Production Executive · Co-Founder

Born into music, the son of musicians Willie and Beverly Hill. Piano at five, professional gigs at thirteen, then a B.A. in Jazz Studies from Howard University. His first major break came remixing Dru Hill’s Grammy-winning "In My Bed," followed by work with 702, Krayzie Bone, and Master P. Based in Shanghai since 2009.
